HUDA website guide

You can use HUDA without providing your name, email or phone number. HUDA uses information published on this website to guide you to relevant products and resources. Your conversation and any optional details you add are stored in your browser for this browsing session so that you can continue when changing pages. Select “New chat” to clear them. HUDA does not automatically send your conversation or details to ARZEN. If you select “Open email draft”, you can review the message in your email application and decide whether to send it.

Technical information and external services

Our hosting service may process technical request information, including IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the website. Browser session storage is used for HUDA’s conversation continuity. This website does not use HUDA to send your questions to an external AI service.

Manufacturer documents, videos and external websites are operated by their respective providers and have their own privacy practices. Google Maps loads only when you choose to load the map; doing so connects your browser to Google.
