Machine synchronisation through vibration sensing.
Pulsarlube Mi uses a piezoelectric vibration detector to check the operating state of rotating equipment. When the configured vibration is detected, the unit dispenses in line with machine operation; when vibration is absent, it enters standby to help avoid over-lubrication.
The magnetic detector must be mounted and adjusted correctly for the actual machine. Sensor position, sensitivity, lubricant, battery type, dispensing period, remote distance and line backpressure must be verified during installation.

The manufacturer lists a maximum 1m (3.3ft) remote run using O.D. Ø6 tubing. Prefill the line with the same or a compatible grease and confirm that the machine's vibration reaches the correctly positioned detector.

Mi is limited to a two-point arrangement: maximum 1m (3.3ft) with O.D. Ø6 tubing and a compatible 2-port divider block. Do not extend this layout to the 8-point configuration used by other electromechanical models.
