Refillable, programmable oil lubrication up to four points.
Pulsarlube OL500 combines a vertical self-priming pump, microprocessor control, LCD interface, transparent refillable oil reservoir and replaceable battery pack. The manufacturer states that the battery pack must be replaced after each completed dispensing period.
The unit can serve one point remotely or up to four points with the appropriate oil-lubrication installation kit. Oil grade, viscosity, ambient temperature, tube length, elevation and line resistance must be confirmed together before installation.

The manufacturer lists a maximum 6m (20ft) remote run using O.D. Ø4 tubing. For oils below ISO VG100, follow the manual's low-viscosity layout and keep the lubricator below the lubrication point.
