Product overview

Lubrication synchronised to the machine's electrical power.

Pulsarlube MSP dispenses its selected quantity only while the connected equipment is operating. The operating signal comes through the MSP power supply connected to the machine or control panel, helping avoid lubrication during downtime.

The range accepts VAC or VDC power-supply options and retains an internal backup battery for stored settings when external power is off. Capacity, dispensing period, power-supply version, lubricant and installation layout must be selected together. MSP500 is also offered as an oil version under the separate MSP-OL500 configuration.

Installation notes

Assemble all parts securely using a suitable thread-sealing method.
For remote installations, use a grease grade and tube arrangement approved for the application.
Where the bearing lube point is NPT, use the appropriate thread converter.
