PLC-integrated oil lubrication for automated production equipment.
Pulsarlube PLC-OL480 uses an external 9–36V DC supply and is available with MONTH or INTERVAL operating logic. PNP or NPN connections can be selected, and an optional alarm output supports integration with the machine-control arrangement.
Its transparent 480ml reservoir is refillable. The manufacturer positions the unit for robotic equipment, conveyor systems, automated production lines and automobile manufacturing; PLC logic, wiring, oil viscosity, tube routing and dispensing requirements must all be confirmed before commissioning.
