PLC-integrated lubrication with status and alarm signalling.
Pulsarlube PLC is designed to operate as part of a compatible PLC-controlled machine. MONTH type calculates dispensing by the lubricator and dispenses while the machine is operating; INTERVAL type receives the timing command from the PLC and discharges the selected multiple of its base stroke.
The range is offered with PNP or NPN input/output configurations and can signal warning conditions to an external alarm. Voltage, control type, signal type, wiring, dispensing logic, grease, capacity and installation layout must all be confirmed before ordering or commissioning.

PNP or NPN configuration
Both PNP and NPN connection versions are available and must be selected for the control system.
Alarm communication
The unit can send a signal to an external alarm for warning conditions such as excessive backpressure or cycle completion.
MONTH or INTERVAL type
MONTH type uses the selected monthly setting; INTERVAL type dispenses the selected rate when commanded by the PLC.
Replaceable Service Pack
Replaceable grease pouches support reuse of the lubricator body; no operating battery is required.

The manufacturer lists a maximum 10m (33ft) remote run using O.D. Ø6 tubing. Prefill the tube with the same or a compatible grease, and verify the PLC power, signal and alarm wiring before commissioning.
